Collection: Aino-Maija Metsola

Aino-Maija Metsola (b. 1983) is an illustrator, designer and artist living in Suomenlinna, Helsinki. She mainly works by hand: painting, drawing, cutting and gluing.

Among other things, she has designed numerous patterns for Marimekko and illustrated children's books that have been published in many languages.

Aino-Maija's work has been awarded, among other things, the Finlandia Junior and V&A Illustration Awards, as well as several recognitions in the Most Beautiful Books of the Year competition. Her art has been presented in numerous publications and exhibitions worldwide.
