Terms of use and delivery
TERMS OF USE AND DELIVERY OF THE ONLINE STORE
General
The products of the Etana Editions online store are sold by Etana Editions Oy (business ID number 2607938-6). We sell products to individuals and companies of legal age in Europe. The prices of the products include value added tax in the home country and in the EU. When ordering products from our online store, you must familiarize yourself with and commit to the terms of use and delivery of the online store valid at any given time. We reserve the right to change our terms of use and delivery. The changes will take effect immediately, however, so that orders will always be subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering.
Product prices
The prices of the products are shown on the website in connection with the product presentation. Prices include value added tax (10%). The tax portion of the price is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store from https://etanaeditions.com by transferring the products to the shopping cart, filling in the customer information and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout.
All customer information requested in connection with the order is treated confidentially. Your contact information will not be used for anything other than order confirmation, product delivery or clarification of ambiguities arising during delivery, unless specifically stated otherwise. Payment and payment methods
Payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Xpress cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. The implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider are Stripe Inc. in cooperation with credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, MasterCard and American Xpress cards, Stripe appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Stripe has a payment institution license.
Order and payment confirmation
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
Delivery time
We process orders on weekdays within 1-5 days of their arrival. We deliver the products you ordered via Posti. We send all products as a package for tracking.
Promotions, weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times. Postage and delivery costs are added to the order price according to the customer's delivery address. You can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart before the payment transaction.
Average delivery times:
3–5 days to Finland.
5–14 days to EU territory.
to Europe 5 to 14 days.
Shipping costs
In Finland, costs start at €4.90.
Costs for the EU region start at €9.90.
Costs to Europe start at €9.90.
We currently do not deliver products outside of Europe. When ordering outside the EU, the customer must be responsible for possible customs costs.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the order. Send a cancellation notice to shop@etanaeditions.com, and include your name, address, order date, product to be canceled and order number. Not picking up the package is not enough to cancel the transaction. If you fail to pick up the package, and Posti returns it to us undelivered, we charge €10 return costs.
Return and exchange policy
You have a 14-day exchange and return right. We will replace the damaged product with another free of charge. If you want to exchange a product, please contact us by email first.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must inform us of the error within 14 days at the latest by e-mail. If the package is damaged at Posti, the product must be immediately complained to Posti.
Return instructions
The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition, unused and in the product's original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. When returning the product, include your name, contact information and account number for the refund, as well as a copy of the cancellation notice. Mail the product to the address that came with the package.
We will refund the amount you paid for the products in full, excluding shipping costs (5-10 €/order depending on the shipping costs of the products). We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product in its original condition.
Obstacle force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by incorrect condition of the products or delayed delivery.
Dispute resolution
Finnish law applies to possible disputes concerning the contract between the online store and the customer. The consumer has the right to submit a dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.
