Collection: Carl Johanson

Carl Johanson (b. 1976) is a Swedish visual artist and illustrator who lives and works in Rennes, the capital of Brittany, in western France. He has studied graphic design and illustration at St Martins School of Art & Design in London and Konstfack in Stockholm. After his student years, Johanson has mainly focused on illustrating and especially making children's books. Lentävä sanakirja and Autosanakirja, published by Etana Editions in 2019, are his first picture books published in Finland. Both books have been translated into Finnish by Kirsikka Myllyrinne.
